Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in financial and accounting duties, with supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Certified Public Accountant and related financial certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the finance department of the Area Command.
• Oversee bank reconciliation, general accounting, internal auditing, cost accounting, and budgeting.
• Produce financial reports and projections for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to evaluate operating results and forecast financial performance.
• Provide guidance on departmental budgets and proper income/expense allocations.
