Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Finance (Budgets and Rates) to manage budget analysis, overhead planning, and government reporting. The role collaborates with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate costs and timely submissions.

The candidate will work on semi-annual FPRP submittals, cost management reporting, and updating cost attributes across reporting systems. Strong Excel, Costpoint, and HFM experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• 7 years of experience Costpoint and HFM or similar program.
• 7 years of experience in Excel.
• 7 years of experience indirect rate structures including multiple overhead pools and G&A.
• 7 years of experience FAR and CAS to implement analysis and review of incurred costs.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in EXCEL, HFM, and Costpoint reporting.
• Align indirect labor charging to streamline indirect charge numbers.
• Enhance reporting with Power BI for cost monitoring.
• Update and maintain cost attributes in reporting systems.
• Prepare variance analysis for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Prepare annual Perimeter Cost report for controllable manufacturing costs.
• Maintain site procedures related to Budgets and Rates responsibilities.
• Other finance and administrative tasks as required.
