Job summary

Kettering Health Network is seeking a senior financial leader to manage the KH Medical Group's finances, ensuring GAAP compliance and alignment with organizational goals. You will guide budgeting, reporting, and compensation planning for physicians across multiple practices.

The role requires 5+ years in financial leadership with hospital or medical group experience and strong collaboration with operations and contracting teams to optimize costs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in a financial leadership role; 3+ years in medical group or hospital setting.
• Experience managing physician compensation plans and budgeting processes.
• Strong communication with physicians and leadership; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Medical Group finance department analyst team and daily operations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and KH requirements across financial policies.
• Collaborate with operations and contracting on compensation agreements.
• Oversee monthly physician productivity payments and payroll submission.
• Lead financial education and training for leadership and practices.
• Manage staffing costs and budget benchmarking through hiring control.
• Provide timely, accurate financial statements to KHMG leadership.
• Develop physician compensation models and productivity schedules.
