Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health and a master’s degree in Health Care Administration or Nursing are required.
• A minimum of five years of progressive supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Registered Nurse license is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of multiple managers and program leads.
• Develop strategic growth plans for behavioral health across the network.
• Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills; diffuse difficult situations.
• Develop and implement plans for responding to emergencies and disasters.
• Oversee operating budgets for assigned cost centers; monitor Press Ganey metrics.
