Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to direct financial, accounting, purchasing, and internal control activities for the venue. The role requires leadership of the Finance Department, hiring decisions, and ongoing collaboration with Human Resources.

The position offers a competitive salary of $130,000-$150,000 annually, bonus eligibility, and full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, and paid time off. Open until December 18, 2026.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
• 7-10 years of experience in public accounting and/or financial management at a supervisory level or as department head.
• CPA or MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of facility goals related to financial management, budget, accounting, and payroll.
• Monitor compliance with all provisions of the management contract.
• Prepare and review state and local tax returns and financial statements.
