Job summary

You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and P&L management, while driving process improvements and efficiency.

This role includes ERP optimization, enhanced management reporting, and mentoring the finance team to deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Progressive Finance and Accounting leadership experience.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting background.
• Experience partnering with senior and operational leadership.
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
• ERP and financial systems experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and business decisions.
• Support P&L management and operational Finance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency.
• Support Finance systems and ERP optimization.
• Develop stronger management reporting and KPI visibility.
