CapsLock ищет финансового директора для руководства финансовыми процессами быстрорастущего маркетингового подразделения. Вы будете обеспечивать точную финансовую отчетность, стратегическое планирование и контроль за налоговым комплаенсом в рамках международной команды.

Кандидат будет развивать финансовые политики, проводить анализ план/факт, обеспечивать взаимодействие с руководством, банками и внешними консультантами, а также курировать M&A процессы и внедрять улучшения процессов.

Qualifications

• Требуется степень бакалавра в финансах/бухгалтерии (или эквивалент).
• Минимум 10 лет опыта в финансах, из которых не менее 3 лет на руководящих позициях.
• Опыт финансового планирования, анализа и управления в динамичной среде.
• Опыт подготовки финансовой отчетности в рамках IFRS/GAAP.
• Отличные коммуникационные навыки и способность взаимодействовать с руководством и внешними стейкхолдерами.
• Свободное владение английским языком.
• Плюсом: MBA, CPA, ACCA.

Responsibilities

As a Finance Director at CapsLock, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the fast-growing marketing business, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance to support our business goals.

• Lead and mentor bookkeeping, FP&A, and taxation/compliance teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee accounting.
• Lead implementation and improvement of financial and accounting policies/practices.
• Oversees budgeting process.
• Supervise plan/fact analysis and provide explanations and recommendations.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial, and investment reporting for the Group of Companies Assist with developing and maintaining robust internal controls.
• Lead internal audits to ensure compliance with established financial procedures.
• Oversee tax filings, regulatory reports, and compliance with statutory obligations.
• Tax planning and optimization for the group.
• Navigate the complexities of mergers and acquisitions including initial financial assessments, Due Diligence, and post-merger integration.
• Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and financial reporting to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and strategic relevance.
• Provide insights and recommendations on financial performance and key financial metrics to the executive team.
• Manage relationships with banks, tax advisories, and external consultants.

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end / year-end processes, and IFRS/GAAP compliance.
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and management within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executive management and external stakeholders.
• Proactive nature, growth mindset, self-regulation.
• Fluent English.
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively with a diverse, remote global team.
