Bluejack Ranch is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the Home Builders Division's financial planning, reporting, and controls. You will partner with Construction leadership to drive profitability, cash flow, and cost management across two locations.

This role manages monthly closes, reconciliations, MD&A, FP&A, budgeting, and long-range forecasting, while building robust financial models and internal controls to support growth, risk management, and strategic decision-making for executive

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in accounting/finance with construction/homebuilding experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.

• Oversee financial management and reporting for two homebuilding locations.
• Manage monthly close, reconciliations, and MD&A.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Partner with CFO, purchasing, and construction leadership.
• Monitor project profitability and cost control across job costing.
