Job summary

Owl's Brew is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the financial function for a scaling beverage company, partnering with the CEO, Board, and investors. This high-visibility role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

The role owns accounting, planning, reporting, treasury, pricing, and external partnerships, shaping decisions across Sales, Operations and Marketing as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years running the financial function of an organization.
• 5+ years in food & beverage or CPG with BevAlc industry experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advance knowledge in Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and evaluate the finance and administration function and performance.
• Build scalable financial infrastructure, controls and reporting cadence.
• Manage cash, inventory, accounts payable/receivable and taxes.
• Provide timely analyses of budgets, projects and trends.
• Lead investor relations including fundraising and quarterly reporting.
