Job summary

Orca Brands is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and scale our finance organization as we push toward higher revenue milestones. This executive role demands strategic thinking, deep financial discipline, and the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable insights for marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.

You will own FP&A, cash flow, tax planning, and internal controls while building a robust financial system to support rapid growth in a consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience in high-growth ecommerce or DTC.
• Proven track record managing inventory-heavy working capital cycles and multichannel cash flows.
• CPA, MBA, or investment banking background is a plus; scale-up operating experience is what matters most.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner on growth decisions, working capital strategies, inventory financing, and tax optimization.
• Fully own FP&A, cash flow modeling, monthly reporting, tax planning, and compliance.
• Design, implement, and upgrade financial systems and internal controls to handle 4x volume.
• Hire, mentor, and structure a high-performing finance team to support long-term scale.
