• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–10 years in accounting, finance, or financial management
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• Located in the Los Angeles area, near Studio City
• Willing to complete a background check

Responsibilities

• Own the budget, forecasts, and cash flow; deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financials and analyze labor costs and profitability.
• Manage financial controls, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable; coordinate with CPA and tax advisors for compliance and audit readiness.
• Oversee payroll and track overtime; ensure payroll aligns with schedules and client billing.
• Ensure invoices reflect rates, hours, overtime, and events; follow up on overdue accounts and fix billing errors promptly.
• Track margins by client account and assist in setting pricing for new contracts and renewals.
• Strengthen financial controls to prevent fraud and payroll errors; manage insurance and workers' comp costs; model growth decisions.
