Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or finance; MBA highly preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in Financial Planning or Operations or Analysis or related Corporate Finance fields.
• Ability to leverage AI Tools for automation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (HFM, Hyperion, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability to provide senior leadership with analytical tools.
• Prepare financial and business analyses in areas like performance, ROI, working capital, pricing, investments.
• Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, capex, and related areas.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, operating plans, and modeling tools.
• Support strategic business planning processes.
• Lead accounting functions across units and ensure accurate reporting.
