Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Finance Director 1 (FP&A group) to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis functions with a team of three direct reports. The role emphasizes revenue drivers, cost optimization, and strategic partnering with senior leadership in a hybrid office model across multiple locations including Lenexa, KS.

Responsibilities include building financial models, forecasts, budgets, and KPI reviews, while ensuring GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, capital planning, or financial reporting.
Must have people leadership and project management experience.
Experience partnering with executive sponsors and Line of Business leaders.

Responsibilities

Directs and coordinates activities of financial analysts and lead advisory direct reports for a Business Function within a LOB.
Partner with senior leadership to analyze trends, build forecasts, and support strategic planning.
Develop financial models, KPIs, budgets, and presentations for senior management.
Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain internal controls.
Travel up to 10% as needed for meetings and conferences.
