Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Financial Analyst Advisor / Finance Business Partner to lead FPA support for the Enterprise Technology unit. The role demands delivering complex financial insights, partnering with business leaders, and guiding strategic investments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration.
Minimum 10+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, accounting, or finance operations roles.
Experience with planning and forecasting cycles and zero-based analysis.
FinTech/SaaS or technology environment experience preferred.
Advanced MS Excel for financial modeling.
Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

Perform highly complex financial analyses on cash flow, operating results, and business plans.
Develop and implement financial planning frameworks and controls.
Summarize recommendations for plans, investments and forecasts for senior leadership.
Act as consultant to management on financial policies and procedures.
Prepare budgets, end-of-period reviews, and capital expenditure evaluations.
Collaborate with business leaders to drive performance and decisions.
May assist peers or act as a team leader.
