Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst Advisor / Finance Business Partner to lead FPA support for our Enterprise Technology unit. This role partners with business leaders to drive performance and strategic decision-making, delivering forecasts, budgets, and investment analyses.

The position is hybrid, requiring monthly in-office attendance at one of our offices in Lenexa, KS; Monett, MO; Springfield, MO; or Allen, TX, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields.
• Experience in FinTech/SaaS or technology organizations.
• Advanced MS Excel with financial modeling.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.
• Experience presenting to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Performs highly complex financial analyses on cash flow, operating results, and business plans to determine rates of return, capital/cash flow requirements, etc.
• Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control.
• Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans and forecasts.
• Performs economic research and studies on capital expenditures, depreciation, and investment opportunities.
• Evaluates capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, and investment opportunities.
• Documents revenues and expected expenditures and prepares summary statements.
• Acts as consultant to management on financial policies, procedures, and applications.
• Prepares special studies, analyses, and recommendations for budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• May assist less experienced peers. May act as a team leader.
