Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 12 years experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, capital planning, or financial reporting.
• Leadership and project management experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of experienced financial analysts and lead reports within a LOB.
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership with financial modeling and trend analysis.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and KPI reviews; support reviews with analytics.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls and procedures.
• Drive cross‑functional projects and present insights to leadership.
