You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analytics, and internal controls, managing a team of analysts. Hybrid schedule with office presence and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, capital planning, or financial reporting.
• Demonstrated people leadership and project management experience.
• Experience partnering with Executive Sponsors, Corporate Leadership Team, and Line of Business leaders.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of an experienced financial analysts and lead advisory direct reports for a Business Function within a LOB.
• Exemplify a growth mindset and be a key driver to improve profitability.
• Be an integral strategic partner for the LOB senior leadership team, acting as consultant and advisor with emerging trends.
• Drives cross-business analytic projects for senior management with financial modeling, data mining and presentation support.
• Help design and develop financial models and KPIs, forecasts, targets, annual budget and support financial reviews.
• Ensures GAAP and regulatory compliant financial statements with internal controls.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
