Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience.
• 5+ years leading finance/accounting teams.
• Deep understanding of cash flow, working capital, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project financial performance, job cost analysis, WIP, margin reviews, and budget‑to‑actual reporting.
• Lead cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital management, AR, AP, billing, and collections.
• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long‑term financial planning, and scenario modeling.
• Manage monthly close, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and compliance.
• Develop and lead the Finance & Accounting team; improve systems and reporting.
• Support banking, credit facilities, bonding/surety, insurance, and risk management as future CFO.
• Partner with senior leadership on financial modeling and strategic decision‑making.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience

5+ years leading finance/accounting teams
