Jobot is seeking a Construction Controller / Finance Director to lead the finance and accounting for its construction projects. The role blends hands-on cost accounting, job costing and WIP reporting with strategic financial planning and close collaboration with project teams and the VP of Finance.

The position offers a base of $165,000–$185,000 per year, plus annual bonuses and a profit-sharing program. Hybrid work in Henryton, MD, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, forecasting, cash

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification desirable.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in construction.
• Strong ERP experience and financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee all Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
• Ensure credibility of Finance with timely analysis of budgets, trends, and forecasts.
• Manage forecasting, budgets, consolidation, and reporting to the Company.
• Provide recommendations to enhance financial performance and opportunities.
• Ensure internal controls and GAAP compliance across financial and tax reporting.
