You will develop, implement, and monitor strong financial controls to safeguard assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or management.
• CPA credential preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of public accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, monitoring, and adhering to budgets and ensure compliance with departmental budget initiatives.
• Report budget concerns or deviations to property leadership.
• Develop, maintain, and document the accounting system of internal control.
