Job summary

You will own budgets and forecasts, supervise associates, translate analytics into actionable recommendations, and present clear insights to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or quantitative field required.
• 7+ years in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or equivalent.
• 4+ years managing FP&A function.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Card Tech+ finance team and drive growth and results.
• Advise partners using financial insights to influence actions.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide executive updates.
• Communicate analytic insights through executive-ready presentations.
• Own budget and forecast accuracy for areas of responsibility.
• Analyze and explain key cost drivers and financial trajectory.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to business and finance.
