Job summary

You will partner with technology, product, and card business leaders to develop and test visionary strategies, leveraging analytics to guide decisions and performance. A consulting or strategy background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 3+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability and competitive advantage.
• Coach and mentor analysts to build talent across the organization.
• Lead product level data modeling and analytics for lending products.
• Coordinate and sequence delivery of business initiatives and requirements across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations and Finance to improve quality, volume, service and profitability.
• Apply rigorous analytics to strategic decisions and risk management.
• Demonstrate strong business judgment and leadership to deliver results.
