Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead, develop, and support the Card Tech Finance associates, delivering strategic financial insights and executive-ready presentations. You will influence plans, socialize drivers, and partner with Card Tech leadership to drive outcomes across the organization.

You will manage the FP&A function, coach talent, and ensure budget/forecast accuracy while collaborating with partners to advance Card’s agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• MBA or professional licenses preferred.
• 7+ years in financial analysis and modeling; 3+ years FP&A leadership; 1+ year people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates on the Card Tech Finance team.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to Tech leadership.
• Tell the story of financial results and forecasts for business priorities.
• Build relationships across the organization to advance Card’s agenda.
• Deliver executive-ready analytic insights and recommendations.
• Own budget and forecast accuracy for areas of responsibility.
