Job summary

Middle Flint Health & Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Accounting/Financial Manager or Director to lead our financial operations at our Warner Robins, GA or Americus, GA locations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field with 3 years accounting experience.
• One year in a supervisory role or equivalent; CPA/Master’s preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll and GL.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and cost savings.
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
• Manage annual audits with external auditors.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with regulations and best practices; advise CFO.
• Support balance sheet reconciliation and special reporting projects.
