Job summary

Charlie Clark Auto Group seeks an experienced Finance & Insurance Director to lead the automotive F&I program. You will train and manage Finance Managers, close deals, and ensure compliance across documentation and processes.

We value a relationship-driven leader who can deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive monthly targets, and expand product penetration through protection plans and service contracts.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, relationship-driven approach delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proven ability to foster a positive, high-integrity sales environment.
• 3–5 years as an F&I Producer; Director-level experience preferred.
• Impeccable attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead loan origination and approval processes with prime and subprime lenders.
• Ensure accurate preparation of federal, state, and dealership documentation.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing Finance Team.
• Drive performance with monthly income forecasts, product penetration goals, and CSI benchmarks.
• Present and sell value-added products like service contracts and GAP coverage.

Finance and Insurance (F&I) Director – Automotive

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional who is excited by automotive F&I and passionate about customer service. We are currently seeking an F&I Director to join our amazing team. We need a leader with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge, who can train bright new talent, clearly communicate product features and benefits, and who can confidently close the sale.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the dealership’s customer loan origination and approval process, maintaining strong relationships with both prime and subprime lenders.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all federal, state, and dealership documentation.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Finance Managers, fostering collaboration across departments.
• Drive performance by setting and achieving monthly income forecasts, product penetration goals, and CSI benchmarks.
• Present and sell value-added products such as service contracts, GAP coverage, and other protection plans.

What You Bring:

• A dynamic, relationship-driven approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proven success in creating a positive, high-integrity sales environment.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an F&I Producer; prior Director-level experience is highly preferred.
