St. Luke's Health System in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Finance Director to lead finance operations across multiple markets.

This highly visible leadership role partners with operational, clinical, and executive leaders to drive organizational performance and long-term financial sustainability. You'll guide strategic planning, capital investments, service line strategies, and resource planning while mentoring Business Partners to strengthen financial acumen across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience: Ten (10) years' relevant experience.
• MBA preferred (optional)

We are seeking a Finance Director to lead finance operations across our Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, and Fruitland markets. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to operational, clinical, and executive leaders, helping shape decisions that drive organizational performance, growth, and long-term financial sustainability.

As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage financial, operational, and market insights to influence strategy, guide investments, optimize resources, and support key business initiatives. What You Can Expect:
