Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching F&I managers, overseeing financing, leasing, protection products, and contract completion, and building lender relationships to offer competitive options.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive F&I management experience; Finance Director experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dealership financing, leasing, lender relationships, and F&I compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to coach a team and improve results.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to treating customers fairly and making the purchase process easy to understand.
