Qualifications

• At least 2 years automotive F&I experience.
• Strong understanding of lending practices and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with dealership software (Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and resident.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ automotive F&I experience is required
• Strong understanding of lending practices, credit applications, and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds)
• High ethical standards and customer-focused mindset
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
