Job summary

Cencora is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to bridge business and technical teams within Investments Finance. You will translate product vision into actionable user stories, own the technical backlog, and drive transformation initiatives across finance.

The role requires strong FP&A and enterprise systems knowledge, plus excellent communication across global stakeholders. The position involves Agile delivery, stakeholder workshops, and collaboration with architects and developers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
5+ years as Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or transformation leader in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of financial processes and systems (FP&A, Pricing, Reconciliation, Consolidations, ERP, accounting, reporting).
Experience designing and implementing process and technology solutions in finance.
Bridge end-to-end processes to support large-scale transformations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to work in a large, matrixed, global environment and build trust at all levels.
Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Translate product vision into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Own the technical backlog and non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability).
Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and program increments; manage Jira backlog.
