Job summary

Cencora is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to bridge business and delivery teams within Investments Finance. You will translate strategy into actionable work, own the technical backlog, and drive large-scale transformation with strong financial domain knowledge.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, participate in Agile ceremonies, and partner with stakeholders to ensure governance and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or transformation leader in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and systems (FP&A, Pricing, Reconciliation, Consolidations, ERP, accounting, reporting).
• Experience assessing, designing, and implementing process and technology solutions in a financial setting.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge end-to-end processes to support large-scale transformations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, concise narratives for all audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a large, matrixed, global environment and build trust at all levels.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Translate Product Vision into Actionable Work and define user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Partner with business stakeholders; gather input and align on priorities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies; manage team backlog in Jira and program increments.
• Validate completed work with QA and stakeholders; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across domains.
• Support governance, track KPIs, and communicate progress to leadership.
