Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related.
• 8+ years of SAP Order Execution and Production Planning experience in ETO/CTO environments.
• Experience with two full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
• Knowledge of SAP MM, Production Versions, PP/DS, routings, and production orders.
• Experience integrating SAP Production Planning with MES, QM, and warehouse execution.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with ownership and adaptability in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and optimize SAP Production Planning, PP/DS, and order execution across ECC/S/4 environments.
• Lead design and implementation of Variant Configuration, BOMs, routings, and MCN/ECN management.
• Support ECC to S/4HANA transition including cutover strategy and readiness planning.
• Integrate SAP PP with MES, Quality Management, and warehouse execution.
• Collaborate with global planning, operations, IT, and partners to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• Conduct testing, end-to-end validation, defect triage, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve adoption, efficiency, and outcomes.
