Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Director, Integrated Data & Product Lead within the Finance Data Office to steer the Data & Product pillar across Data Foundation, Finance 360 Product, and Data Operations. You will set direction, align priorities, oversee delivery, and ensure the pillar evolves in lockstep with the broader Finance Forward strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading data strategy, analytics, or product leadership in large orgs.
• Strong product leadership with enterprise data, analytics, AI, or digital products.
• Experience driving data and analytics transformation in complex organizations.
• Experience supporting Finance functions (Accounting, FP&A, Controllership, etc.).
• Understanding of modern data architecture, semantic models, and data governance.
• Techno-functional leadership to shape direction across product, data, architecture, and engineering.
• Experience leading global teams and multi‑disciplinary initiatives.
• Strong executive communication with senior Finance and technology leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the Data & Product pillar strategy aligned with Finance Data Office priorities.
• Provide leadership across Data Foundation, Finance 360 Product, and Data Operations.
• Maintain an integrated view of priorities, resources, and outcomes across the pillar.
• Oversee pillar spend and funding recommendations within the FDO portfolio.
• Ensure integration of AI-enabled capabilities into Finance 360 where appropriate.
• Partner with GCC and Technology leadership to rollout and enablement.
