Job summary

You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and prepare materials, with a focus on discretion and strategic partnership across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive support or senior admin experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex calendars, travel and expenses.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and discretion.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to the Chief Data, Digital & AI Officer and senior leaders.
• Own calendars and meeting priorities, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changing needs.
• Coordinate executive meetings and events from planning to follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless leader support.
• Plan travel, manage expenses, and handle related logistics.
• Create executive-ready materials and coordinate communications.
