Job summary

Reinforced Learning seeks a program owner to shape and govern datasets used for financial work including modelling, reconciliation, audit, valuation and reporting. You will recruit practitioners, set performance standards and deliver outcomes that meet customer expectations.

You will lead an analyst and finance-operations bench, define task rubrics, and perform final reviews before customers, while reporting on throughput and data-driven model changes.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, audit or FP&A.
• Experience building and checking real models and knowing where errors hide.
• Strong writing and the ability to run a program without being told what to do next.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and a willingness to learn light scripting.

Responsibilities

• Scoping programs with customer research teams: defining capability, task distribution and acceptance criteria.
• A bench of analysts, accountants and finance operators who contribute to the program.
• Task specifications and grading rubrics, written and refined with those contributors.
• Final review of delivered work. You are the last reader before a customer.
• Reporting on throughput, quality and what the data changed in model behaviour.
