Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap and execution for the accounting infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Engineering to translate regulatory requirements into auditable backend systems.
• Lead and mentor engineers, setting direction and fostering high performance in a fast-moving financial environment.
• Drive improvements in data accuracy, pipeline reliability, and system scalability.
