Qualifications

• Current Federal Work Study award for 2026-2027 required.
• Demonstrated proof via Award Offer printout from Student Self-Service.
• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and 365 apps preferred.
• Interest in budgeting, reporting, data visualization and BI.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and validation to support financial records.
• Generate weekly and monthly financial and operational reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Support projects using Copilot and AI-powered tools for automation.
• Manage Outlook calendars for leadership and coordinate meetings.
