Job summary

Broadridge is hiring a Finance Data Analyst – Data Analytics & Reporting to design and deliver insightful reporting and analysis for the Finance organization. You will work with vast data sets using PowerBI, Alteryx, and Snowflake, supporting month/quarter-end close and reporting within the Global Revenue Controller’s team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously in fluctuating environments.
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI/Tableau and SQL programming.
• Strong project management to drive data projects and deliver timely results.
• Strong analytical skills with emphasis on trend analysis.
• Ability to transform large data sets into clear, end-user dashboards.
• Knowledge of PowerBI basics and willingness to learn Alteryx, Snowflake, etc.
• Ability to communicate reporting metrics and impact to senior management.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and finance terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth data-driven analysis across the Finance organization.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close and reporting in O2C, including credit memo reserve and reconciliations.
• Design dashboards using PowerBI to support various business units and drive improvements.
• Handle large data sets and translate into actionable reports for Finance and management.
• Collaborate with data platform team to ensure data availability for reporting.
