Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Finance Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead the Finance Hub’s reporting capabilities and data governance. You will own core reporting assets and BI models, partnering with finance and technology teams to translate needs into scalable solutions, while driving adoption and automation.

You will shape the team roadmap, manage backlog, and guide data governance, striving for continuous improvement and AI-enabled insights to support planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics, BI, or data product teams in a complex business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Hub’s standard reporting capability, governance, and trusted reporting products.
• Partner with Finance leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable reporting solutions and improve adoption.
• Own team roadmap, backlog, and automation initiatives, including AI capabilities.
