AMEWAS is seeking a highly motivated Management Analyst (Finance Team)-Journeyman to support Battlespace Modeling & Simulation. The role involves data analytics, reporting, and financial governance for DoD programs, with on-site requirements at California, MD offices and Patuxent River, MD.

Remote/hybrid arrangements are subject to contract needs. The position requires DoD Secret Clearance on onboarding and onsite availability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or business discipline (or substitutions).
• 3 years of financial analysis, data management, and reporting in support of budget execution and resource planning.
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced data manipulation techniques.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik, or Advana dashboards.
• Experience navigating DoD/Navy enterprise data environments (Navy ERP, SDW, IBST).

Responsabilidades

• Execute Power BI data refreshes and reconcile metrics with Spend Plans.
• Pull and synchronize transaction records across Navy ERP and BMS models.
• Ingest and aggregate monthly contractor expenditure data from active task orders.
• Prepare Sponsor Monthly Status Reports and coordinate expenditures with TPOCs.
• Coordinate quarterly personnel rate adjustments and validate allocations.
• Audit funding lines and identify dormant funds and de-obligations.
• Develop standardized reporting templates and automate burn-rate analytics.
• Provide rapid financial analysis and decision support for leadership.
