AMEWAS, with facilities in Maryland and California, seeks a motivated Management Analyst (Finance Team)-Junior to support Battlespace Modeling & Simulation. The role involves financial data analysis, reporting, and coordination with Navy ERP and related systems, with a DoD security clearance requirement.

The position offers on-site work with hybrid options and a competitive salary range of $67,300.00 to $83,000.00, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical, scientific, or business discipline required.
• 1 year of experience in financial analysis, data management, and reporting for budgeting.
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced data manipulation; VBA and Power Queries a plus.
• Experience with Navy ERP, SDW, IBST environments in DoD/Navy programs.
• Ability to communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders effectively.

Responsabilités

• Assist with executing Power BI data refreshes and reconcile metrics against Spend Plans.
• Synchronize transaction records across Navy ERP and BMS models for near real-time tracking.
• Aggregate monthly contractor expenditure data across active task orders.
• Draft Sponsor MSRs and coordinate obligations/expenditures with TPOCs.
• Support quarterly personnel rate adjustments and validate resources with Division Director and TPOCs.
• Audit funding lines, identify dormant funds, and compile MSR metrics.
