AMEWAS, Inc. is seeking a Junior Management Analyst (Finance Team) to support Battlespace Modeling & Simulation. The role focuses on financial analysis, data management, and reporting in a DoD context, with on-site work at California, Maryland, and Patuxent River, MD locations.

You will assist with Power BI reporting, ERP data reconciliation, and preparing Sponsor MSRs, while coordinating with leadership and TPOCs. A DoD security mindset and collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, scientific, or business discipline.
• Substitutions may qualify (Associate Degree with 4 years of additional work experience).
• 1 year of experience in financial analysis, data management, and reporting in support of budget execution and resource planning.
• Proficiency in Excel functions and advanced data manipulation techniques.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to write, debug, and optimize complex Excel formulas, VBA macros, and Power Queries.
• Experience navigating DoD and Navy enterprise data environments (Navy ERP, SDW, IBST).
• Experience with financial auditing, legacy funding reconciliation, de-obligation management, and Spend Plan tracking.
• Ability to communicate with higher leadership (BFM, TPOCs, Division Director, COR)
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with executing Power BI data refreshes and reconcile metrics with Spend Plans.
• Synchronize transaction records across Navy ERP and BMS models for near real-time tracking.
• Aggregate monthly contractor expenditure data across active task orders.
• Prepare briefing decks to draft Sponsor MSRs and coordinate obligations with TPOCs.
• Coordinate quarterly personnel rate adjustments and validate resource allocations.
• Audit funding lines and compile WNR metrics for Sponsor MSRs.
• Develop reporting templates for vendors and automate burn-rate analytics.
• Support periodic cost and software data calls for CADE/CSDR compliance.
