Job summary

HydroJug, Inc. is seeking a data analyst for the Finance team in Ogden, UT. The role partners with the CFO and Finance staff to deliver brand-focused reporting, FP&A support, and inventory accounting data inputs.

You will be the Finance team's primary analytics resource within the BI & Data group. You will build P&L views by brand, deliver actuals and forecasts, and create finance dashboards for self-service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a data analyst, FP&A, or financial analyst role with strong analytics
• Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred); write and optimize queries independently
• Experience producing brand- or segment-level P&L reporting, ideally in multi-channel retail/ecommerce
• Familiarity with FP&A workflows: actuals vs. budget, variance analysis, rolling forecasts
• Working knowledge of inventory accounting concepts (COGS, landed cost, aged inventory)
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or comparable BI tool
• Strong attention to detail; clear communication with Finance stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Brand-Dimensioned Reporting — Build and maintain P&L views by brand and ensure current numbers
• FP&A Support — Provide actuals, variance analysis, and forecast inputs for budgets
• Inventory Accounting Inputs — Produce inventory valuation, COGS, and aged-inventory reports
• Data Quality for Finance — Collaborate to validate and document Finance-critical data
• Self-Serve Enablement — Create Finance dashboards in Looker/Tableau for self-service
• Ad Hoc Analysis — Translate business questions into SQL queries and outputs
