Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, investment operations, public accounting, or a related field.
• Strong interest in data, analytics, automation, and AI.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and curious.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide financial data and analysis to Investor Relations, investment teams, and senior leadership.
• Identify manual processes and develop automated solutions.
• Build dashboards, workflows, and analytical tools using Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx, and AI tools.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and Investment teams to improve data quality and processes.
• Take ownership of projects from idea through implementation.
