Job summary

Landing Point, a global private investment firm in Boston, seeks a Senior Finance Associate to join its data function. You will deliver data-driven insights across the Global Private Equity Analytics team and help elevate financial processes with advanced analytics.

You will work with SQL, Python, and DAX/Power BI to support fundraising, LP engagement, and cross-functional initiatives. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and scalable data workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of accounting/finance experience, eager to move into data/analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate technical/financial logic to diverse audiences.
• Experience with SQL, Python, DAX/Power BI or other data/BI tooling is a plus.
• Exposure to private equity/alternative assets and/or fund/partnership accounting is beneficial.
• CPA or CFA designation is advantageous but not required.

Compensation

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000, Plus Bonus
