Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join its Private Equity Analytics team in Boston, MA. The role focuses on data, analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions beyond traditional accounting, with cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, Investor Relations, and investment teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years in fund accounting or related finance roles, with exposure to Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, or Python.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in fund accounting or related finance roles.
• Private equity or fund/partnership accounting experience is a plus.
• CPA or CFA, or progress toward either, is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.
• Clear communicator able to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI/DAX, or Alteryx is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely financial data and analysis for LP data requests.
• Create bespoke investor deliverables using existing reporting tools and data infrastructure.
• Identify manual processes and develop automated, efficient solutions.
• Build and improve Power BI models, Alteryx workflows, scripts and other analytics tools.
• Contribute to enterprise data applications and AI-assisted workflows.
• Partner with Data Governance to improve data quality, documentation and usability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations, Capital Markets, IT and investment professionals.
• Own projects from problem identification to solution implementation.
