Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Two (2) years of professional experience in accounting or finance, including accounts payable, invoicing, AR, and journal entries.
• Substitution: combined education and related experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credentialing, licensing, privileging, and profile maintenance for all Department of Pediatrics Providers.
• Process procurement and financial transactions, reimbursements, PO's, and A/P through CU Medicine and UCD.
• Manage Academic/Department Enrichment Funds portfolio with budgets, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Present budgets and projections to Finance Administrator and service line managers.
• Assist Financial Analysts with cash reconciliation and travel card entries.
• Process and track consulting contracts via Ironclad and ContractLogix.
• Assist in submitting department budgets across multiple administrative teams.
