Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Two years of accounting or finance experience including accounts payable and budgeting.
• Experience with journal entries and forecasting; familiarity with PeopleSoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credentialing for faculty and manage licensing, privileging, and profile maintenance.
• Process procurement and financial transactions, reimbursements, purchase orders, and AP.
• Manage Academic and Department Enrichment Funds (> $125M) including budgeting and reconciliation.
• Present budgets and projections to stakeholders; support financial analysts and journal entries.
• Coordinate contracts through Ironclad and ContractLogix; assist with departmental budgets.
