Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• MBA or CPA strongly preferred; professional designation is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic finance & corporate development support including mergers and acquisitions.
• Direct monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses for the organization.
• Oversee treasury, cash management, and liquidity planning.
• Maintain internal controls, GAAP compliance, and audit coordination.
• Develop scalable processes and KPI dashboards for executives.
• Mentor and develop finance team; participate in strategic planning.
