Job summary

LYRIC is hiring a Financial Coordinator to join our Finance Team in San Francisco. You'll process invoices and payroll, maintain accurate records, and support donations and audits to keep our programs running smoothly.

This in-person, full-time role emphasizes data entry, organization, and confidentiality. You’ll work closely with the Finance Director, handle contractors, and assist year-end tasks while upholding LYRIC’s values of equity and community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and BambooHR.
• Familiarity with nonprofits, especially youth-serving organizations.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay bills via checks and electronic systems.
• Enter credit card expenses into QuickBooks Online and manage donations.
• Process payroll bi-weekly and enter payroll data into QuickBooks.
