Job summary

DigDeep is seeking a Finance Coordinator to join the Operations team in Los Angeles. The role supports the Senior Manager, Finance & Operations with daily transactions, ledger maintenance, reimbursements, month-end and year-end closing, and weekly deposits coordination.

The position emphasizes accuracy, time management, and cross-team collaboration to sustain the nonprofit’s critical finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 2+ years of applicable professional experience preferred.
• Experience with finance data practices and basic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable processes, including reviewing and coding invoices.
• Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, deposits, and revenue recognition.
• Maintain QuickBooks Online and general ledger records.
• Assist with monthly closings, reconciliations, and audit prep.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate financial processes.
